No.

Will you install an underfloor kit that I have purchased?

No.

Will you sell me a kit for self-install?

No, what we have learnt from installing for 12 years cannot be taught to a layman in a couple of hours, and we do not want to associate ourselves with a system which is anything less than 100% perfect.

What if the pipe gets damaged?

Occasionally, a pipe does get nailed or drilled by accident whether in wooden or concrete floors, we are all only human and not everyone is made aware of the fact that underfloor heating is below the surface, however, pipe repairs can be carried out to all sections of the system without any problems, other than the surface finish will need to be lifted to expose the damaged section.
